Nori yoghurt dressing

 A perfect, simple, all-round dressing that can also be used as a dip.

1 tbsp dried flakes of Nori (in our Sea Salad)
200ml plain yoghurt, drained
1 tsp sugar
Sea salt to taste (optional)

Whisk all ingredients together and serve on a green salad or fish dish.

You can also use Dulse, Kombu, Sea lettuce, or a mix of any of these seaweeds. Experiment at heart by adding paprika, ginger, turmeric, freshly ground pepper, parsley, chives or other spices and herbs.
